What is Ten40 Acappella?
Ten40 Acappella is a tenor/bass a cappella group affiliated with Bowling Green State University. Our purpose as musicians and performers is to spread the knowledge and joy that music can bring. We generally perform at events on campus, for charity, schools, and for private events. Our music crosses many genres such as current popular music, hits from past decades, barbershop, and choral works. Each year is ended with a tour during which we visit schools and communities around the state and act as teaching tools as well as positive entertainers.

Meet the Members
Andrew Baumgardner is a senior finance major from Grove City, Ohio. He is ecstatic to serve as president in his 3rd and final year in Ten40! Aside from a cappella, Andrew also enjoys singing in the BGSU Men's Chorus and is a 2nd-year member of a co-ed professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi. After graduation, Andrew plans on working for the Department of Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS Columbus) in the Client Executive Liaison Office. Andrew has a passion for music, fashion, fitness, family, and friends. Andrew would like to give a special shoutout to his parents, Ronda and Dan, for being his #1 supporters since 01. He would also like to give a special thanks to his big brother, Isaiah, who sparked his passion for music at a very young age. From 2-man performances of "Annie" in their childhood basement to where he is now, Isaiah has always been his musical inspiration. Andrew is extremely grateful for Ten40 and the members who have become as close as family to him. He looks forward to a year full of music-making, laughter, and (of course) purple!
